He's coming, he's coming that good old Sinterklaas (St. Nicholas), on Saturday December 4, 2021!!

On Saturday 4 December 2021 we would like to welcome Sinterklaas! We are very happy that the Sinterklaas party can be organized this year again for so many children of employees of the Rabobank (RGO). Participation for this Sinterklaas Day is open to children born on or after January 1st, 2013 and no later than December 31, 2018.

As many of you know by now, this party is celebrated in the Beatrix-building Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. There are two performances. You can register for one of these performances: for the morning performance at 10:00 am or for the afternoon performance at 1:00 pm. The duration of a performance is approximately 75 to 90 minutes.

After confirmation of your registration (via the Communication Shop) you will receive an email with the e-ticket within a few minutes.

You MUST print this e-ticket and bring it with you on Saturday, December 4, 2021, where it will be scanned upon arrival. No entry without an e-ticket on paper!

Unfortunately, the e-ticket shown via smartphone or IPad CAN’T be accepted. The barcode can only be used once.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RULES AND GUIDELINES BELOW ARE APPLIED AND CHECKED

 Beatrixbuilding Jaarbeurs requires a corona ticket and proof of identity for everyone older than 13 years old to visit the building. The coronacheck app is used to access the building. Here you can indicate 1 of the checks below:

• Vaccination certificate (Valid 14 days after your last vaccination)
• Recovery Proof
• Negative test evidence, not older than 24 hours

Keep an eye on any changes yourself via this site.

You will NOT be admitted to the Beatrix building without a QR code or negative test certificate. The children are of course excluded from this. These are allowed in, there is a special host (from Rabobank) who takes the children to the entrance desk and at the end brings them back to the exit.

• Parking in the garage of the Rabobank is unfortunately not possible. You can park your car in the outdoor car park of UC Zilver.
• The e-ticket is NOT a receipt for the gift, this must be printed separately on one side for each child via the Communicationshop.
• The number of participants per performance is limited. As soon as a performance is full, it will be closed and registration for this performance is no longer possible.
• The registration must be completed, with the choice of the gift per child. It is no longer possible to make changes afterwards via the Communication Shop. This is only possible in consultation with the ‘Personeelsvereniging’, department Utrecht.
• Due to the limited capacity, only 1 parent per family can enter the room as a supervisor! Even if both parents work for Rabobank.
• The party is organized for the children of Rabobank colleagues in the age of 3 to 8 years and NOT for grandchildren of Rabobank colleagues.

10.00 a.m:                                    Start St. Nicholas show
11.15 am – 11.30 am:               Closing of the performance, children can pick up their present

Program afternoon performance:
12.15 - 12.45 p.m.:                     Welcome
12.45 p.m.:                                   Hall open
13.00 p.m.:                                   Start St. Nicholas show
14.15 - 14.30 p.m.:                     Completion of the performance, children can pick up their gift
